Services & Conditions of Use
PPLSport.com allows the individual consumer ("Customer")
to order products ("Merchandise") supplied by independent
merchandise vendors ("Vendors"). By placing an order in
PPLSport.com, you acknowledge that the Vendors are responsible for
the fulfilment of all Merchandise ordered, and that PPLSport.com
is only responsible for Merchandise shipments directly to the Customer.
ALL OFFERS ARE SUBJECT TO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. Neither PPLSport.com
or its Vendors are responsible for errors in copy or images. By
shopping in PPLSport.com, you acknowledge the Limitation of Liability
outlined herein and agree to use PPLSport.com in a manner consistent
with laws and regulations.
2. Price & Payment
Customer agrees to pay all amounts accrued in Customer
accounts, including applicable sales tax and shipping and handling
charges as they are defined at the time of purchase. PPLSport.com
reserves the right to decline service for non-credit worthy purchasers
and may decline service or terminate accounts, on accounts with
accrued arrears or non-payment. PPLSport.com reserves the right
to modify the prices of any and all Merchandise in PPLSport.com
without notice. Title of all goods remain with PPLSport.com until
paid for in full. The Customer agrees that PPLSport.com may bill
your credit card at the time Merchandise is ordered. Payment is
accepted by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards, by Maestro
or Visa debit cards, by cheque or cash. See Postage and Package section for
details on charges for credit & debit card transactions. Prices displayed
are inclusive of V.A.T, except where it is indicated. Goods will
be charged for immediately. In rare circumstances when goods are unavailable a
full refund will be given.
3. Cancelling An Order
The customer must inform PPL in writing if they wish
to cancel an order. This must be made within seven days from receipt
of goods. The goods must be returned to PPL in good order to receive a
refund. The cost of returning the goods will be the customers'
responsibility.
4. Warranty
All products are covered by our PPLSport.com warranty.
Any product found defective on delivery will be replaced. Goods
returned for credit must be in unused condition in the original,
pristine packaging and complete. Goods returned after 30 days will
not qualify for credit. The Customer also acknowledges that PPLSport.com
and its Vendors are not responsible and shall not be held liable
for any breaches in transaction security by third parties. PPLSport.com
and the Merchandise is made available for purchase "as is"
without warranty of any kind. PPLSport.com may not be accountable
for any damage liability, direct, indirect, or consequential, that
may arise from the purchase of any Merchandise, including, but not
limited to the use of PPLSport.com, or the use of any Merchandise.
5. Trademarks & Service Marks
PPLSport.com and its PPLSport.com logos are the trademarks,
service marks or other proprietary marketing materials of PPLSport.com.
All other trademarks, service marks or other proprietary marketing
materials appearing in PPLSport.com are the property of their respective
owners and not PPLSport.com.
6. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold PPLSport.com, its
successors, assigns, affiliates, employees, and directors harmless
from any dispute that might arise from a breach of this Agreement,
and PPLSport.com shall not be held accountable for any expenses
associated with such claims, including but not limited to reasonable
fees, court costs, and other expenses associated with the use of
PPLSport.com or any claims made regarding a breach of this Agreement.
7. Termination of Service
PPLSport.com may terminate a Customer's access to service
at any time without notice for conduct perceived to be in violation
of this Agreement or other policies or guidelines posted on PPLSport.com
including online conduct inappropriate or harmful to the service
or to other service users.
8. Integration
PPLSport.com may amend or modify this Agreement at any
time upon notice to Customer as published in PPLSport.com. Any use
of PPLSport.com shall be deemed acceptance of the terms of Agreement
at that time.
9. Delivery
PPLSport.com will endeavour to deliver ordered goods in a timely and
efficient manner, however we cannot be held responsible if goods are delayed
when arriving to us prior to despatch to the customer. PPLSport.com will also
endeavour to deliver match day programmes in time for the match if physically
possible, however we cannot guarantee match day delivery. PPLSport.com cannot
be held responsible for delays in delivery that occur during transit from our
despatch office to the final delivery address. Please allow a maximum of 28 days for
delivery from the time the products are in stock. If goods have not been delivered
within 28 days from the date of event and PPLsport.com has not been notified of missing
goods. PPLSport.com will not be responsible for replacing the goods free of charge.
10. Postage & Packing Costs
Postage and packaging costs are calculated using the combined weight of
products eligible to go out in one order along with that of the box that they are
sent out in. The size, weight and delivery location are then used to calculate
a cost which is then combined with the cost of the box. PPLSport.com may also
include a credit/debit card transaction fee within the postage & packing cost that covers
the fee PPLSport.com is charged to process payment via electronic means. PPLSport.com
reserve the right to alter this fee as and when the need arises. |
